Only 1/4 Nashville graduates earn a college degree (2yr, 4yr, and Technical). This is half the national average. In Tennessee college enrollment and persistence rates continue lag significantly behind national averages. Persist is here to change that. We have a process and technical solution to support cities across our country tackle this problem.
