College and Career Readiness Curriculum

The Persist College and Career Readiness Curriculum includes over 100 ready-to-execute lesson plans, along with accompanying presentations and student packets and a customizable course calendar. These materials can be used as stand-alone presentations on specific topic areas or together as a fully planned curriculum for a college readiness course.

Topics covered include developing professional and academic skills, understanding the value of a college education, navigating the college admissions process, securing financial aid, and making a successful postsecondary transition.
