Our vision is to UNIFY communities to DOUBLE the rate of college graduates.

Since 2019, we have coached over 3,700 Nashville graduates, allowing 7X the number of students to receive persistence coaching in our community. We have supported 8 other organizations to expand and improve their access and persistence coaching, indirectly serving over 3000 students.

We have done this at 1/4 the cost of most other models.

OUR COACHING MODEL

COACHING

Using text-based coaching, we send reminders, encouragement, and coach students via text to ensure enrollment and persistence.

Scholars get weekly texts and have access to 1:1 coaching support virtually or on campus during the year. Our coaches coach at 300:1 coach to student ratio using our own propriety Salesforce CRM.

COMMUNITY

We have trained over 30 Campus Leads to support their peers through on campus gatherings, monthly community events, and bi-weekly check-ins. They are our student community builders and build strong sense of belonging for students on their campuses.

CARE

All students have access to an emergency fund of $100-$200 to help them financially weather a persistence barrier. This supports books, technology, food, or transportation needs.

They also have the opportunity to sign up for career conversations, shadowing, and mentoring from the Nashville business community.
